I've entered my payment details, but nothing has happened. The pay button keeps buffering.

  • Please ensure you are paying using a Visa or Mastercard.
  • The payment can take up to 10 seconds to process, depending on the card provider. Please wait at least 10 seconds after clicking the pay button. If you are still having trouble, please email help@teammo.com.au or contact us via Intercom (green icon located at the bottom left of the page).
  • Ensure that the 'Name on Card' field does not contain characters other than letters (e.g. full stops). See below for example:
