If you're having issues making a payment, have a read through these tips

Have you tried to make a payment, but it hasn't worked? Sorry about that! Below are some scenarios and tips that might be relevant to you.

I've entered my payment details, but nothing has happened. The pay button keeps buffering

  • Please ensure you are paying using a Visa or Mastercard.

  • The payment can take up to 10 seconds to process, depending on the card provider. Please wait at least 10 seconds after clicking the pay button. If you are still having trouble, please email support@teammo.com.au or contact us via Intercom (blue icon located at the bottom left of the page).

  • Ensure that the 'Name on Card' field does not contain characters other than letters (e.g. full stops).

Credit card authorization failed: Insufficient funds

Your card has insufficient funds. You can resolve this and try making your payment again. Alternatively, you can use a different debit or credit card to make your payment.

Credit card authorization failed: Transaction declined

This could be due to a number of things:

  • You may have insufficient funds.

  • Your card has expired or flagged as lost or stolen by your issuing bank or card provider.

  • Your card could have been blocked due to suspected fraudulent activity.

One thing you can do is to 'Add a new credit/debit card', even if the details are the same as the already attached card, sometimes this helps the gateway approval.

My card was double charged

Your payment should never have gone through twice. Apologies if this has happened.

We keep logs of unusual behaviour like this, so we endeavour to reach out to you directly if this occurs.

If you see a double charge, please contact support@teammo.com.au.

We will investigate and contact our payment processor to issue a refund. Refunds can take up to 5 business days to process, it depends on your card provider.

Credit card authorization failed: MW - 068:Card Not Accepted

Teammo accepts Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards only.

Please check what card you are using and try again.

Credit card authorization failed: MW - 006:Card has expired

Your card has expired. Try using a different debit or credit card to make your payment.
