Transfer account to a new team manager

What to do when you're no longer the team manager, and someone else is taking over

Unfortunately, we don't currently allow for account transfers. This is primarily for security purposes, with team managers having credit/debit cards linked to their account, and sometimes bank accounts for payouts.

We recommend that the new team manager create their own Teammo account. It should only take a minute. Only one person from your team needs to have an account.

If the new team manager needs any assistance, they can speak to us online or email support@teammo.com.au
