What happens when my team manager sends me a payment request?
When your team manager or organiser requests a payment from you and other team members, you will receive an SMS notification. This SMS will contain a link that you need to click on to make your payment.
You will receive an SMS similar to this:
Making a payment
Click on the link sent to you via SMS. You'll be taken to a webpage similar to the one pictured below. Make a payment via debit or credit card. No sign up is required.
For future payments, you won't need to enter your card details again. Simply reply with the unique code provided in your SMS. This will allow you to make a payment quickly using your linked debit or credit card.
What happens once I've paid?
You'll be taken to a payment confirmation page, similar to the one pictured below. The money you pay will be sent to the nominated bank account of the person who requested the payment (i.e. your team manager / organiser / captain).
