What happens if you pay for too many players or not enough

For teams that pay a variable fee each week (e.g. per player), you might find yourself in the position where you have paid for a set number of players, but more/less end up playing on game day. Here's what will happen:

I paid for more players than I needed to via Teammo. For example, I paid for 6 players, but only 5 played.

Your association can issue you a refund via Teammo or EFTPOS. This will be dependent on their processes, so please check in with your Competition Administrator. Alternatively, get in touch with us via support@teammo.com.au or via online chat.

I paid for less players than I needed to via Teammo. For example, I paid for 7 players, but 8 end up playing.

You can pay for extra players from your Teammo account. Follow the steps below.

  1. Log in to your Teammo account

  2. Go to the 'Paid' tab of your Dashboard. Find your match and select the 'View Payment' button. Alternatively, you can find your match on the Matches page.

  3. At the top of the page, under Actions, select the 'Pay for extra player/s' button.

  4. Enter the number of extra players you need to pay for and follow the steps to finalise your payment.

  5. All done! Your match payment has been updated to reflect the extra amount you paid. If you go back to your Dashboard or Matches page, you'll see the updated amount for your match. This will also display in your association's dashboard.
