How to update your team connection for your new season

Is your team starting a new season with your association/league? Follow these steps to connect your team to the latest season in Teammo

You can connect your team to multiple seasons in your Teammo account. This means you don't need to delete or replace a connection, providing better visibility of your team’s past matches.

Updating your season connection

If it’s the start of the new season, you can add a new season connection from your Teammo account. Follow the steps below:

1. Visit the Teams page in your Teammo account.

2. Select your team from the list.

3. This will open a page for your team. Click the 'Connect now' or ‘Connect to another season’ button next to where it says Association Connections. 


4. Follow the prompts to connect your team. Select your association, competition, section and team name. Then, click the Select Team button. To finalise your connection, click Confirm Details.

Alternatively, visit https://app.teammo.com.au/connect-team and follow the prompts.

You have now connected your team to your association. If there are games loaded in Teammo, you will see these on your dashboard page. This means you can start paying for upcoming games.

If you can’t find your team it is most likely due to data not being loaded in yet.

What is an association connection? This is a way of us verifying your team with associations and leagues that have partnered with Teammo. By connecting to your association, you get access to upcoming match payments for your team and have the ability to submit forfeits/walkovers.
