For those trying to create a new account or connect with your association via an existing account

Are you trying to create a Teammo account for the first time?

Great! Welcome to Teammo. If you are unable to see your team name upon sign up, here are a few reasons why this might be the case:

  • Your team details haven't been shared with Teammo yet. Your league/association shares team registration and fixtures with us so we know which teams are participating in the competition. Reach out to us via support@teammo.com.au and we can work with your association to make sure we're up-to-date.

  • The wrong league/association was selected. Check that the association selected is the one your team is playing in. Sometimes teams play in multiple competitions/associations.

  • The wrong section was selected. Check with your association to find out what section your team is in for your current season. It may have changed from previous seasons.

If your league/association has recently announced they will be using Teammo for the upcoming season, they will notify you when you can connect your team. For now, you can skip Step 4 (Connect to your association or league).

You can connect to your association at a later date by following these steps.
