As a club or team manager with lots of members, you can import a CSV with your team members' details to speed up the process.
To import your team member list via CSV, please prepare a CSV file with the following columns of data:
Team Name (required)
Team Season
Team Member Name (required)
Team Member Mobile (required)
Team Member Email
Follow the steps below to import the data:
Log in to your Teammo account
Go to Team Members > Select 'Import' button
Upload your CSV file containing the data listed above
Check data preview and map any columns that need mapping
Select 'Choose columns' to double check what data is being imported
Select 'Import' to finalise
Your team members will be added to your Teammo account. You will then be able to request payments from them as needed.
If a team member ID or email address in your CSV matches an existing team member in Teammo, they will be updated with the mapped values. Otherwise, a new team member will be created.
