If you've already paid for your game, you can still lodge and pay for your forfeit in Teammo.
There are a couple of ways to lodge your forfeit after you have paid for the game:
1. Your Dashboard
Go to the Matches page in your Teammo account
Find the match you need to forfeit under the 'Paid' tab
Select 'Submit Forfeit' button and follow the prompts
2. Matches page
Go to the Matches page in your Teammo account
Find the match you need to forfeit
Scroll across to the right and click on the three little dots
Select 'Submit Forfeit' button and follow the prompts.
What happens to my match payment?
After you have lodged and paid for your forfeit, your match payment will be automatically transferred to your next unpaid game.
If there are no more games remaining in the season, funds for the match payment will be refunded. We will liaise with your association to organise this refund. There is nothing you need to do.
Funds will be deposited back to the card that was used for the original purchase. This can take 3-10 business days.
