We will always try to transfer your payment to your next unpaid game – unless there are no more games left. If this happens, you will receive a refund. We will contact you when we see a forfeit / walkover occur for a match you've already paid for via Teammo.

Option 1: Transfer payment to next game

We will always try to transfer your payment to your next unpaid game. This means you will not receive a notification (SMS or email) to pay for your next game. Your next game will also show up as paid in your Teammo account.

We will notify your primary team contact of the payment transfer. If your team would prefer a refund, you can request this when we contact you (see below for more information on refunds).

Please note: Transferring your payment to your next game is our default option unless you would prefer a refund. Refunds will also be issued if there are no more games left in the season.

Option 2: Refund

If you do not want your payment transferred to your next game, you can request for the funds to be refunded. We will issue a refund as soon as it is requested. 

If a refund is issued, funds will be deposited back to the card that was used for the original purchase. This typically takes 1-2 business days.
