We will always try to transfer your payment to your next unpaid game – unless there are no more games left. If this is the case, you will receive a refund.

Transfer payment to next game

Game payments will be automatically transferred to your next unpaid game if there is a forfeit/walkover or cancellation and your team has already paid.

The match that was paid for and had a forfeit or cancellation will show up as 'Transferred' and 'Forfeit/Cancellation' (see first match card below). Your next match will also show up as 'Paid' and 'Transferred' in your Teammo account (see second match card below).

If your team has no more games remaining in the season, we will issue a refund.

Refund game payment

If there are no more games remaining, funds for the game payment will be refunded. We will issue a refund as soon as it is requested. 

Funds will be deposited back to the card that was used for the original purchase. This can take up to 10 business days.
